Because of the custom and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, size, and specifications before completing your purchase.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@hayaatgirls.com. Our customer care team will be happy to review your concern and provide the best possible assistance.

If a return is approved, the item must be shipped within 48 hours of the approval. The item does not need to be delivered to us within this timeframe; however, it must be posted within the 48-hour window and a valid tracking number must be provided as proof of shipment.

Please also note that once we respond to a return enquiry, the customer is required to reply and provide any requested information or photos within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response or the requested details within this timeframe, the return request will no longer be eligible.

Requiring prompt shipment helps ensure items are returned in the same condition they were received and allows us to assess any approved returns quickly and fairly.

Please note that items that show any signs of wear, alteration, stains, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted for review. The item must be in its original condition and packaging for us to assess the issue.
